Brussels Sprouts





  1. Add 1 tbs of butter and some olive oil to a pan on medium-low heat. Add brussels sprouts (sliced in half) cut side down. Cover with a lid to let brown and steam, about 10 minutes, being careful not to burn. 
  2. Remove lid, add bell pepper, onion and spices — salt and pepper, oregano, creole seasoning, and parsley — stir together and let cook about 10 minutes until onions are translucent and brussels sprouts are tender. 
  3. Serve with rice or whatever else yummy stuff you want! 
***spices can be adjusted based on what you like***
