Grilled Pear

Quick tip for a healthy, one-ingredient delicious dessert:

If you're out grilling (or cooking on the stove too, I suppose), cut a pear in half and place it cut side down on the grill. After about 10 minutes when the pear has begun to soften, remove it from the grill.

Let it cool slightly and then dig in with a fork. It tastes exactly like a deliciously sweet pie, except no added sugar or added carbs or added anything. One pear serves about two people with smoke to spare to let others taste. ;)
