Last night I made chicken fettuccine alfredo and s'mores cookies for Cal. They were awesome. The alfredo was rich and creamy and so full of flavor and the cookies, well, you cant really mess those up can you? Here are the ingredients for the fettuccine alfredo that I altered a bit (changes in bold) and then links to both recipes. :)

  • 8 ounces fettuccini pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter 
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks
  • 8 ounces (baby bella) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
