Regina Spektor played in Boston a few weeks ago, and I was just watching her new video "Eet" from her album "Far". Trivia: The video was shot in southern California, probably near Lancaster/Palmdale/Santa Clarita. How do I know this?
1) There are Joshua Trees, which are only found in deserts in California, predominantly southern California.
2) Santa Clarita and the Antelope Valley is a very popular place for filming.
3) It's probably closer to far east or far west Lancaster because of how flat the area in the film is and the mountain in the background.
And that, my friends, is a piece of useless information regarding my hometown made famous. Ish.
