Now that I'm back at home, I have come to realize that my house is way too cold. With stone floors (rather than carpet) and a heater that apparently no one wants to put above 68, I am constantly shivering! My apartment in Mass is kept at a comfortable 78 degrees at all times mostly because I don't pay for heating but still. I could handle it being 1 degree outside as long as I can walk into a nice toasty apartment that will warm me up quickly, but here no matter where I go I'm just cold cold cold.
So to combat this problem, I have started heating up my drinking water. Now, this doesn't include things like tea or cocoa. Just plain water heated up. What have these new tactics taught me? I think it's time to invest in a snuggie. :O
