Thanks to my bread aching, which made perfect dough, and this clone of a Cinnabon recipe, I was able to make delicious, mouthwatering, best ever cinnamon rolls this weekend. It took about three hours total, what with rising and kneading and rising and rolling, but it was absolutely worthwhile. So much so that I suggest everyone get a bread machine and break it in with this recipe, because its easy too!! (Btw Brianne if you or anyone else has one of these I suggest we make them when I come home!)
