In Montréal at the Fête des Neiges, there were booths for maple syrup taffy! They pour out warm maple syrup onto a bed of snow, then you wait a few seconds and start to roll the taffy onto a Popsicle stick. It was soo good and tasted like sugar! The only bad part was that it dripped a little onto my jacket but it was so worth it.
I'm really glad I got to try it. If you know one thing about me, it should be that I love maple candy (gifts?). This was maple candy plus a game. How much better?!
