Sofrito and Key Lime Pie

Today was an interesting day! I went with Cal to the doctor, left Target with a haul and had my first ever slice of key lime pie, which I have been obsessing over for a very, very long time. I also (with blending help from Cal) made sofrito cubes which are like concentrated spice cubes. They're used in a recipe Brianne gave me/made for me for a Puerto Rican dish she makes for her hubby. So I have 28 cubes of sofrito on their way to freezing, with one getting used in the dinner I'm cooking tomorrow.
