French Food Friday


In the first picture, I am eating a crêpe and Andy is eating a beignet (French donut, dipped in sugar). To the left is yogurt that I bought in a carton, like a half gallon milk carton. It was vanilla flavored but tastes even better when you add a spoonful of confiture (jam). The Frenchies love their "yaourt nature" which is plain-flavored yogurt and they do all sorts of things to flavor it. You can eat it plain, in which case it tastes like sour cream, or you add sugar, confiture, honey, maple syrup, whateveryoucanthinkof and mix it together. Et voilà!
