And it's Chinese! This is Chinese food French style. I ordered orange chicken at a restaurant in St.-Jean-de-Luz and this is the result. I have to say, it wasn't really my favorite. I am just spoiled by the amazing flavor of Panda Express orange chicken, I suppose.
