This is so true. If you remember my post about
Gratitude, you'll know that I have been writing down three things I have been grateful for every day and I can say that after doing it for two months, I can feel a serious difference in my baseline level of happiness. The days when it means the most and has the most impact are the bad days, when you feel like everything went wrong. By taking those few minutes to think of three things you are grateful for that happened that day, you can instantly start to turn around your outlook and get perspective on the situation by realizing maybe it happened for a good reason.
