I've been on a cooking spree since I've been back in Boston. I made vegan berry cobbler, vegan blueberry pancakes, vegan banana bread, and I'm about to meet vegan rosemary focaccia (all from scratch, holler).
My classes so far have been pretty good but due to the holiday I still haven't been to all of my classes. I have my first organic chem lab on Friday of the semester where I get to make polyester, nylon, and watch the teaching fellow make polystyrene. Also, I am going to make my own luminol, which is the stuff that you spray on blood to make it glow under a blacklight and that makes fireflies light up.
All of this rain is ruining my snow fun! And yes, I still love the snow. :)
